Returns & Refunds Policy – Bouge Performance Training™

Because Bouge Performance Training provides digital content, coaching services, and instant-access products, we maintain the following refund policy:
1. Digital Programs & Downloads:
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once the content is accessed or downloaded.
2. Coaching Services:
Monthly or recurring coaching subscriptions can be canceled anytime. However, no prorated refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle. To cancel, contact support at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
3. Challenges, Courses, or Group Programs:
Refunds are only available within the first 7 days of purchase, and only if you have not accessed more than 10% of the material.
4. Physical Products (if applicable):
If you offer apparel or merchandise: Returns for unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping.
5. How to Request:
All refund requests must be submitted via email to Training@jakebougefitness.com  with your order number and reason for the request.
We reserve the right to deny refunds if we suspect abuse or violation of our Terms of Service.
